For those without a heart, for those who give up on life, for those who care not about other’s lives, lets give them a heart. How do we give them a heart? We show them our heart.
Start with an act of kindness.
Scientific experiments have demonstrated that an act of kindness results in an increase in serotonin levels in the brain of the person doing the act of kindness, in the person receiving the act of kindness and in anyone’s brain who witnesses the act of kindness.
Serotonin is a neurotransmitter, a type of chemical that helps relay signals from one area of the brain to another. Like putting oil in a car engine, the serotonin powers the brain, and with a good working brain comes positive thoughts, happiness, etc.
The best news is that smiling is an act of kindness. Remember to smile at yourself in the mirror when you start your day, and let that smile spread to everyone you encounter in your day.
Imagine even a positive thought is an act of kindness.
Now, I would like to share a positive tip to the music community, especially DJs who energize large crowds. Remember, in my 2nd newsletter, I talked about AK testing, a way to test for positive or negative using our body’s strength. Our body holds strong in positive circumstances, and becomes weak in negative circumstances. I am a dancer. When music sends a positive energy I can dance non-stop at extremely high speed without even thinking about my feet or my legs. When music sends a negative energy, I struggle to find energy to dance. Imagine if all the DJs, and music performers only played music that sends a positive energy? I know how much music is in people’s lives today with the help of technology.
Then, use AK Testing when composing or making music choices, tune in to the positive frequencies, and help people feel energized and uplifted, starting with yourself.
Finally, I would like to dedicate this newsletter, as well as the Pangaeaproject.com website to my best friend, alter ego, and spiritual brother David Monroe. David has a thirst for unconditional love, and has demonstrated to me what unconditional means. Thanks to David’s support and guidance, I was able to launch this website as another step towards the Pangaea Project. I thank deeply David for allowing me to understand and explore the value of truth and fairness. Thank you, I love you brother.
I really love your blog! I’ve read a lot of your postings and they are so spiritual and inspiring. Thank you for sharing this with the world.
